1. Good Food’s Mango And Banana Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 banana
  • 500ml orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes

How you can put it together:

  1. Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. Peel and chop the banana.
  3. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.

2. Dawn’s Vegan Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here what you’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 cup torn kale
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

How you can put it all together:

  1. Blend 1 banana, 1 cup nut milk, 1 cup torn kale, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon, and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.

3. Deborah’s Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

How you can put it all together:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

4. Penny’s Melon Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cantaloupe – peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/4 honeydew melon – peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How you can put it all together:

  1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries

  1. In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • Ice

How you can put it all together:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
