Kangana Ranaut has been in the news for various reasons of late. The actress has called out Bollywood actors for not supporting her movie, Manikarnika: The Queen On Jhansi and most recently, she slammed Ranbir Kapoor, among other actors, for not commenting on any political issue. So recently, when Alia Bhatt attended the Outlook Business ‘Women of Worth’ event, she was asked about it. Responding to it, Alia said that she does have opinions but prefers to keep them to herself. She also praised Kangana for having the ability to speak so candidly.
She said:
Listen, I definitely don’t have the ability to speak as candidly as Kangana does and I really really respect her for that. And maybe in a way she is right that sometimes we do hold back. Kyunki hum nahi chahte ke, kyun khamakha bolna… My dad always says that there are already so many opinions in the world that the world could do with one less opinion. So, I have an opinion but I will keep it to myself. But kudos to her because she genuinely speaks really well.
