You know how the minute spring season begins, our Instagram feed is full with the season’s go-to colour. Yup, I am talking about the happy, shiny yellow that y’all will be seeing a lot. The bright hue ensures you’ll never have a dull moment in it. The one post I did stop and stare at today was Sonakshi Sinha‘s easy-breezy picture that popped on my timeline. For me, this boho-chic look screamed summer at its best!
Kalank promotions are on a full swing now and at the IPL match, Sonakshi aptly chose this sunshine outfit from Anita Dongre that went well with the casual-cool vibe. The floral print co-ord set featured a one-tiered skirt, a bralette and a front-open shrug. Adding an accent of bohemian to this ensemble were the accessories that celebrity stylist Mohit Rai selected. He picked a pair of silver statement earrings designed by Lara Morakhia and a kadha from Amrapali Jewels. Celebrity makeup artist Mehak Oberoi opted for warmer hues inspired by the sunset on the lids and kept the lips neutral. The soft waves by celebrity hairstylist Madhuri Nakhale fit the brief of the look.
Fashion Takeaway: The best part of this outfit has to be the versatility of it all. Each separate can be styled with our wardrobe basics to create a completely new summer-appropriate ensemble. The bralette could be teamed with dhoti pants or the skirt can be teamed with a casual white shirt. With each element you change, you’ll surely get a new OOTD to flaunt.
