Everyone agrees that Priyanka Chopra is a global icon. She has shattered glass ceilings, doors, windows and whatnot for every desi girl ever. We’ve seen her go from being an extraordinary actor in Bollywood to becoming the first brown woman to be the lead of an American TV show. Recently, this superstar also released her own YouTube original talk show called If I Could Tell You Just One Thing. Is there really anything this woman can’t do? The only thing left is for to be termed a superhero. If a recent media interaction with Joe Russo is to be believed, that also might be coming true! Yes, that’s right, folks. Our desi girl might just become a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Joe Russo, the director of Avengers: Endgame, who was in India to launch the Indian theme song for the movie by AR Rahman, revealed that he was in talks with PeeCee for a project.
Speaking about the same, he said:
Priyanka is transitioning into a global status right now and I think she is fantastic, would love to work with her. I’m smiling away because we are potentially talking to her about something. I’m just not going to say what yet.
While there is no confirmation from PeeCee’s side about the same, we’re over the moon knowing that there is the slightest possibility that Priyanka may become a part of the MCU as one of the characters. This would be great since the actress does have quite a lot of practice in stunts from her TV show Quantico.
Any guesses as to which character she might play if she gets cast? Let the speculations begin!
