Varun Dhawan is one of the most popular stars of the new lot and he has a fan following that is almost synonymous to what Salman Khan enjoys. While Varun is extremely friendly to most of his fans and often obliges to selfie or autograph requests, this Friday, a fan-created quite a scene because the actor didn’t do so. According to Varun’s security team, there was a female fan lurking around the actor’s Juhu home. When Varun finally got back home, she wanted a picture with him but the actor refused because he was too tired. And it all went downhill from there. Things escalated when she mentioned that she wants to kill Varun’s girlfriend, Natasha Dalal.
The source revealed details from the incident saying:
There was a female fan, who was doing the rounds of his house for a long time. Varun sir usually obliges their selfie requests, if he is available. She was waiting for a couple of hours. Sir came late and she was insisting that she meet him then and there. He was pretty tired from the day’s work and wanted to rest. She refused to leave and got into a squabble. Initially, she said she will hurt herself. When she was still not able to get through to Varun sir, she threw a fit. She kept mumbling how she will harm Natasha ma’am.
The source further added that fans usually don’t get this aggressive but Varun was alarmed when she mentioned that she will harm Natasha.
It was alarming for us because usually, fans don’t get so aggressive. We informed Varun sir, who panicked. She kept saying, ‘I will kill Natasha.’ After the woman refused to leave even after 45 minutes, we had to call the local police station.
A complaint has been launched at the Santacruz Police Station about the matter. Varun’s statement is yet to be recorded and the FIR will be lodged only after that.
