Navtej Hundal, who played the Home Minister in Vicky Kaushal‘s Uri: The Surgical Strike passed away yesterday evening, on April 8. The reason of his death is not known yet. Cine And TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) confirmed the news of his demise and posted their condolence on Twitter.

Navtej’s daughter, Avantika Hundal is famous for playing Mihika in the hit daily, Ye Hai Mohabbatein.
