Apart from being a blockbuster success in the first quarter of 2019, Gully Boy was also a brilliant film helmed by the master storyteller, Zoya Akhtar. The storyline was inspiring and stimulating; and the performances by the lead as well as the supporting cast further made it an epic watch.
Therefore it comes as no surprise that the film is now being considered for a remake in Telugu. Producer Allu Aravind reportedly acquired the rights to remake the Alia Bhatt–Ranveer Singh starrer. Names such as Sai Dharam Tej, Rana Daggubati and Vijay Deverakonda are in the run for the main lead.
