Every year, we see a number of people finally living their dream and making their debut in Bollywood. Where some have no filmy connections, some come from a film background where they have grown up watching their family members working in the industry. So every time stars interact with the media, there is (most of the times) one question about their kids making their acting debut in Bollywood. Recently, when Kajol was interacting with the media at the Dadasaheb Phalke Awards, she was also asked about her daughter, Nysa Devgan’s Bollywood debut, and Kajol had the best reply to it.
She said:
She (Nysa Devgan) is just 16 years old. I think you (media and people) can give her a break and some space. Recently, she has celebrated her 16th birthday. Right now, she is studying in 10th standard and she is preparing for her board exams.
A while back, Ajay Devgn had also spoken about Nysa’s Bollywood debut. “She is not in the country, she is studying right now. As of yet, she has no intentions. But she can change her mind,” he had said.
Not only that, but Ajay had also spoken about trolls attacking his daughter. He said, “She is just a 14-year-old and I feel, at times, people forget that and talk rubbish. She was wearing such a long shirt and she was also wearing shorts. Now because of the length of the shirt, her shorts weren’t visible and the kid got trolled for that.” You can read more about it here.
Coming to Kajol’s professional front, she will be sharing screen space with Ajay after almost 8 years in Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior.
