Move over pantsuit, you’ve had your time in the spotlight, now it’s blazer dress’ time to shine! Pantsuits have made their mark in androgynous dressing but this season it seems like the blazer dress is gonna take over it. Yami Gautam‘s recent look surely proves that!
Making a bold move on the red carpet, Yami donned a blazer dress from a British high-fashion luxury brand, Helen Anthony. It was a clever choice by celebrity stylist Mohit Rai and Miloni Shah as it was an eye-grabbing moment. Here are some of the design details we instantly liked:
- The blazer style
- The asymmetric hem
- The mix of paisley print and stripes
- The printed inner lining
It was like the two blazers were mashed together to create a new silhouette of this dress. This was definitely a daring choice but Yami pulled it off as it was simply styled with crisscross heels from Heatwave Shoes India. Celebrity makeup and hairstylist Natasha Nayar went with the fun vibe of the ensemble and went with easy wavy hair with it being pinned on one side. Even her makeup look was peachy and dewy to keep the outfit in focus.
