The trailer of Arjun Kapoor‘s India’s Most Wanted released last week and was received with much appreciation from audiences. In the trailer, we saw him essay the role of an undercover agent on a mission to curb terror in the country. The filmmakers said this is a tribute to the unsung heroes who put their lives on the line to save the nation. The first song in the film – Akela – released today and is a motivational track set out to inspire people to not give up. The melodious track is crooned by Abhijeet Srivastava and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The music is composed by Amit Trivedi who manages to weave another melodious track for us.

The song tracks Arjun and his team of four spies and their struggle to get enough support from their higher authorities to continue their mission. It showcases his determination to fight for justice and peace at the cost of everything else. It also introduces us to some of the main characters in the film who will be of great significance in the plot.
India’s Most Wanted is directed by Rajkumar Gupta of Raid and No One Killed Jessica fame. It’s a film based on a secret mission taken up by five spies which swears to catch the perpetrator without firing a single bullet. It is all set to release on 24th May 2019.
