Hina Khan made it to the 72nd edition of the much coveted Cannes Film Festival this year. Needless to say, her fans and well wishers are extremely proud of her. The first look of her debut film, Lines was unveiled at the festival – and we couldn’t be any happier for her.
She has, after all, made it there on her own achievements with no prior international stardom. Now that’s what we call starting with a bang! Amirite? Apart from walking the red carpet looking like a million bucks, Hina also got a chance to chill with the crème de la crème, a.k.a Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas.
It was, no doubt, a major moment of the actress’ life and she poured her feelings in a heartfelt note, dedicated to PeeCee. She stated how she was so overwhelmed by the actress’ humble and gracious nature and also spoke about TV actors not getting their due.
