6 years ago on this day, I watched a film that warmed my heart and stayed with me forever. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were coming back after the longest time, they were (are) my most favourite on-screen jodi, so Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was a big deal for me! I fell in love with them all over again. Fans couldn’t get over Bunny and Naina’s undeniable chemistry, which was just so effortless and genuine. This story about love, family, friendships and dreams was a coming of age rom-com that I am so glad Ayan Mukerji decided to make!
Every year since then, Deepika has always posted something special from the film on her Instagram. This time around, she shared this really cute video of her and Ranbir dancing to the iconic Holi song Balam Pichkari which made me jump with joy! She wrote, “Bunny and Naina goofing around”. First of all, loved them in the song, and them recreating it was the best thing ever!!

Ah, how can you not like Bunny and Naina together! 6 years later, and they are just getting cuter! Ranbir and Deepika shot this dance video while they were chilling together along with Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal after the Filmfare Awards a few months ago.
On the work front, Ranbir is currently shooting for the next schedule of his film Brahmastra with Alia Bhatt in Varanasi. Co-incidentally he is working with Ayan this time, too! Deepika, on the other hand, is shooting for her film Chhapaak, based on the story of an acid attack survivor. Now, we cannot wait to see these two in a film together again.
