There’s something about love stories that make them special. And there’s nothing better than reading one of a Monday! So when we came across Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar‘s love story, we couldn’t help but share it. We all have seen a number of photos of them on social media and gone ‘aww’ after each picture. Their love story is equally cute and will make you believe that true love exists.
Ankita Konwar, in an interview with Humans Of Bombay, shared how she met Milind Soman and how they fell in love. Ankita had moved to Malaysia and worked as a cabin crew with Air Asia when her then-boyfriend passed away. It was heartbreaking for her. A couple of months from then, she got posted in Chennai and was staying at a hotel with her colleagues. It was there where she met Milind. “Once, in the lobby, I saw a tall, rugged man. It was Milind Soman! I was a big fan! So I went to say hello, but he was busy,” she shared, adding, “A few days later, I saw him again at the hotel’s nightclub. I kept looking at him & he was staring at me too! My friends urged me to go talk to him. So I asked if he’d like to dance & he obliged! There was a vibe–I could feel it!”
Ankita didn’t want to get too involved but they were destined to be together! They tied the knot on 22nd April 2018 in an intimate ceremony. Read more about their wedding in the post below.
