Ajay Devgan‘s father and one of the most noted stunt directors of Bollywood, Veeru Devgan breathed his last on May 27, 2019. It was a huge loss for the Devgans as well as the film industry and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his heartfelt condolence to the grieving family.

Kajol took to Instagram to express the loss of her father-in-law and remember the happy times they shared together. She posted a picture from the day he won the Lifetime Achievement award and wrote:

He won the award for a lifetime of achievement on this day but it took a lifetime to prove. So many people mourn the life of the man but that was a life well lived… RIP with love.

As per reports, Mr. Veeru Devgan was suffering from breathing problems after which he got admitted to the hospital. His condition, however, deteriorated and resulted in a cardiac arrest. We wish the entire family lots of love and strength to deal with their loss.
