The Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani starrer, Kabir Singh, has come out with some great tracks over the past few weeks. Right from their first track, Bekhyali, to the romantic Arijit Singh number, Tujhe Kitna Chahne Laga, the composers from the film – Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur – are hitting all the right notes (pun intended!). They are now back with another new track from the film, Mere Sohneya! The song has been composed and sung by Sachet and Parampara, while the lyrics have been penned by the amazing, Irshad Kamil.

Talking about the song, this fairly young composer duo reveal that they are really excited about the massive response their songs have received. Parampara shares, “Anyone who’s fallen in love will connect to Mere Sohneya. It has so much love that it got approved by everyone at the first hearing. Hope the audience will love it the same way.”
The track very beautifully shows the passion and chemistry between Shahid and Kaira’s characters in the film. It shows how the two slowly but strongly fall in love with each other. Mere Sohneya will be out on June 6.
Kabir Singh is a remake of the hit Telugu film called Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda. The film releases on June 21st, 2019. We cannot wait to hear more tracks from the film!
