Now in this equation, an ensemble inspired by a saree might not make the cut that easily, but the checklist is perfect for the likes of Shilpa Shetty Kundra. With her recent look, she shows us how a saree can be an inspiration for just about everything. Though a cocktail outfit might have a restrictive length code and a floor-length attire might not be acceptable, Shilpa’s ensemble makes us want to bend those rules.
The occasion might be the shoot of the final episode of Super Dancer 3 but celebrity stylist Sanjana Batra was reimaging a glamorous party as the outfit inspiration. Shilpa donned a shimmer ruffle saree from Sonaakshi Raaj‘s upcoming autumn/winter 2019 collection. The pleats on the hem, the ruffle pallu, the strapless blouse and the glittering gold buckle belt made this one a stellar outfit. This was sparkled up by dual-layered necklace and rings from Kohinoor Jewellers.
The elegance of the outfit reflected via her beauty look too. Celebrity makeup artist Ajay Shelar went for a bold contrast of red lips and bronze shine on the face. The soft vintage waves by celebrity hairstylist Sheetal F Khan complemented the overall look perfectly.
