Our day is incomplete without seeing photos of the celebrities in and around the city, and at the airport, of course. Very often, the photographers also treat us to videos of our stars while they are stepping inside the airport or are on their way out. This time, when Deepika Padukone was at the airport with her father and badminton legend, Prakash Padukone and they shared a video of them too, along with the photos.
In the video, we see the actress and Mr. Padukone entering the airport. But soon after, when she starts walking in, she is asked for the id by the security. She immediately turns around and asks, “Chaiye? (Do you want to see it?)” and hands it over to the security personnel.

Deepika won the internet with her reaction and people lauded her for the humble response. “She is really down to earth….tht’y people love her….she is amazing…love ya,” wrote one of the users. “How can some1 be so humble,” wrote another.
Deepika was in Glasgow for the shoot of 83, the film based on team India’s first Cricket World Cup win. She will be playing the role of Romi Dev and what’s interesting is that Ranveer Singh is portraying the role of Kapil Dev. We’re more than excited to see the real couple as the reel couple on screen in April 2020 (when the film releases).
Before starting the 83 shoot, Deepika had wrapped her first production venture, Chhapaak. The film which is based on the life of acid attack survivor, Laxmi Aggarwal, co-stars Vikrant Massey and is directed by Meghna Gulzar. The film will be releasing in January 2020.
