Shah Rukh Khan celebrated 27 years of being a part of the Hindi film industry yesterday. It has been 27 years of his charm, his dimple wali smile and his charisma that has won hearts all over the world! Aren’t we all always looking for a Raj from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge in our train journeys or an Aman from Kal Ho Na Ho… as our next door neighbour? Well, that’s what SRK does to you. King Khan made his debut in the movies, 27 years ago, in the 1992 film, Deewana which co-starred Rishi Kapoor and Divya Bharti. The film went on to become a major success and launched Shah Rukh’s Bollywood career.

Celebrating this milestone, SRK recreated the hit song from the film titled ‘Koi Na Koi Chahiye’ where he is riding around Mumbai city in a stylish bike. He put up a video on his Instagram where he comes in riding on a bike in a filmy fashion and thanks all his fans for the love and support through the years.

Here’s his video:

As he celebrated, he also dropped in a quick PSA in between as he urged his fans to always wear a helmet while riding their bike! He is a responsible citizen before anything else, isn’t he?!

While Shah Rukh’s previous releases – Jab Harry Met Sejal and Zero – didn’t manage to fare well with the audiences, the actor is currently shooting for the television show, Ted Talks India Nayi Soch, which he is hosting. He was also invited to be a part of popular American talk show host David Letterman‘s talk show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. Well, once a superstar, always a superstar, right?! Can’t wait to see what he has in store for us in the coming year!
