It’s been two days since Mumbai Rains has been one of the top trends on Twitter. And why wouldn’t it be? It has been pouring for two days, almost continuously. Come monsoons and the situation remains the same each year in Mumbai, and who better than the Mumbaikars know about it. A number of people have shared a number of memes on the rains, and joining them in the meme fest was none other than Amitabh Bachchan!

The megastar took to Twitter and shared a meme which he (maybe) happened to see. It read as, “Bhaiya, Goregaon lena.” But it was his caption that made us LOL. “Jalsa hote hue,” he wrote. (For those who don’t know, Jalsa is one of Big B’s bungalows in Juhu.)

Check it out:

The meme is a still from his song, Do Lafzon Ki Hai Dil Ki Kahaani featuring him and Zeenat Aman from the film, The Great Gambler. Amitabh Bachchan then shared the edited meme on Instagram and got a response from the actors too.

Considering the waterlogged roads around Juhu, I won’t be surprised if I actually get to see this in real soon. I should have tried this during my school days. The roads right outside my school (and next to Big B’s bungalow, Pratiksha) used to be so flooded that we could actually use the boats as substitutes for buses!

But Mumbaiites, isn’t Big B’s meme relatable AF?
