According to a report in DNA, Kartik bought the house in Versova where he earlier used to live as a paying guest when he moved to Mumbai from Gwalior to try his hand at acting. Makes it extra special, doesn’t it?! The actor has reportedly paid Rs. 1.6 crores for the pad in Rajkiran Co-Op Housing society on Yari road.
