F.R.I.E.N.D.S – one television sitcom we will never, NEVER get enough of! For most of us, it is our go-to when we’re bored, lazy or without any reason too, because why not! F.R.I.E.N.D.S holds a special place in all our lives and I doubt anything can replace it. And you know what? Next month (September) it is going to compete 25 years since it first aired on American television. Yes, y’all, it’s 25 years since we were introduced to our favourite six characters – Joey Tribbiani, Chandler Bing, Monica Geller, Ross Geller, Rachel Green and Pheobe Buffay. Of course, we miss these friends and so does Jennifer Aniston, who played the role of Rachel.
In an interview with InStyle, she shared that she misses working with the team and gets super nostalgic these days.
She said:
I started to find my confidence when I was on Friends, for sure. In a way, being on that show was the ultimate trust exercise. There was comfort in numbers there, so we all held each other up. I miss a lot about that time. Having a job that was absolute, pure joy. I miss getting to be with people I love massively and respect beyond words. So, yes, these days I’m super nostalgic. Anything can make me go, ‘aww’.
Courteney Cox, who played Monica, had shared a photo of all of them before friends even aired.

Recalling the story about that photo, Jennifer said that when F.R.I.E.N.D.S first aired they were all ‘so wide-eyed and bushy-tailed’.
She added:
We couldn’t believe what was happening, and we had no idea what was coming. On Instagram, Courteney recently posted an old photo of all of us on a jet together before the show had even aired. I just remember not understanding that this was my life. The level of gratitude, my god.
Someone make a F.R.I.E.N.D.S reunion happen ASAP!
