Not only is Karan Johar one of the most prolific directors of the Hindi film industry, but he’s also someone who dons many hats. TV show host, reality show judge, actor and so much more. Karan is known for being super candid in most of his interviews and his boisterous persona is one of the many things we love about him. While there are many times that he holds his tongue, there are times he gives a befitting reply to those who need it. Yesterday a Twitter user replied to Rajeev Masand‘s tweet about his interview with Karan with an uncalled-for homophobic comment. But the director replied to the tweet with his signature sarcasm and it was the best. The troll even deleted the tweet after Karan’s response.

Karan also responded to accusations of him allegedly throwing a ‘drug party’ in his interview with Rajeev Masand. He revealed that he hadn’t responded at all when the controversy had arisen because they were absolutely baseless. KJo denied all claims that there were at the party and said that it was simply said that it was gathering of good friends with good food and music. He also mentioned that his mother was sitting with the group just five minutes before he took that video. He pointed out that he was not stupid enough to take a video and put it on social media if there were drugs at the party. To Twitter users who claimed that Vicky Kaushal was snorting something or Ayan Mukerji was hiding something behind his back, he replied saying that Vicky was drinking hot water with lemon because he was just recovering from dengue. As for Ayan, KJo clarified that he was just keeping his phone in the back pocket. A few of them were having wine and was having a chill evening with friends and that’s all it was, said Karan Johar.
