We all always look forward to new actors making their debut in Bollywood. And looks like we have someone to look forward to. Shalini Pandey, who starred in the original Arjun Reddy film (Telugu) opposite Vijay Deverakonda, is all set to embark on her Bollywood journey. A source exclusively shared the news of her debut with us. Shalini is going to star in Yash Raj Films’ next movie opposite Ranveer Singh.

Shalini Pandey has been signed for Yash Raj Films’ next film which is titled Jayeshbhai Jordaar and stars Ranveer Singh. Not only that, but Shalini has also signed a three-film deal with YRF.
In May this year, Ranveer had shared a photo and announced Jayeshbhai Jordaar and said that this will be his next release after 83.

Ranveer will be transforming himself to play the role of a Gujarati man in the YRF film. He also spoke about the film and its concept.

Jayeshbhai is a film with a big heart. In its concept as well as in its appeal, it encompasses the broadest spectrum of the cinema-loving audience- its a film for everyone! It is, in fact, a ‘miracle script’ that YRF found for me out of nowhere. The sheer brilliance of the writing compelled me to immediately green-light this film. Both humorous and poignant, Jayeshbhai is right up there with the most solid on-paper material I’ve ever come across.
The script is penned by debutant writer-director Divyang Thakkar and will go on floors this October.
