1 Modak mould
Step 1: Take a bowl and put the white chocolate in it. Then heat it up for around a minute in the microwave until the chocolate melts.
Step 2: Mix the melted chocolate really well to avoid any lumps. Then, take the modak mould and line it with some dark chocolate.
Step 3: Pour the warm melted chocolate into the mould, and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Next, take another bowl and put 10 grams of cheese cream, 10 grams of whipped cream and 5 grams of finely-chopped blueberries in it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 5: Then, remove the refrigerated modaks from the mould, and scoop out the centre of each modak. Then, put the cream cheese mixture into the centre of the modak.
Step 6: Lastly, seal both the halves. Your unique and quirky modak is now ready to eat!
