Every actor has a phase of struggle before they get that one big break, and seems like Anil Kapoor was no different to that process. In 1979, he made his first on-screen appearance in a small role in the film Humare Tumhare. But it was only in 1983, after a series of short roles here and there, that he finally got a good break as the lead actor of the film – Woh 7 Din. His journey after that in the industry is well, history!

The film starred Anil opposite Padmini Kholapure and Naseeruddin Shah. He played an aspiring singer and was greatly appreciated for it. Recently, a Twitter page called Movies and Memories shared a tweet, stating how this film (Woh 7 Din) kick-started Anil’s ‘stellar career’ in the movies. The Mr India actor, replied to the tweet, stating that after struggling for a lot of years, this film was a life-changing moment and that it’s been a dream come true since then.
