Vintage is always something I love, and when it comes to vintage photoshoots, they are my favourite. Not only because they have a different charm, but because they almost always have a super fun backstory to them. Be it using different, non-tech methods to get the right light, or coming up with some jugaad hacks, they make for interesting stories.
Neetu Kapoor is one graceful actress, who was everyone’s favourite while she was ruling the films back in her day. And, while she has done a lot of photoshoots in her time, she shared one story that is just too much fun. Throwing back to her one particular shoot with ace photographer Rakesh Shreshta (Father to photographer Rohan Shreshta). She explains that while Mr Rakeh had a complete plan about how to carry out the photoshoot, they had to use Neetu Ji’s hairdresser’s hands for the cover photo pose because her hands looked better.
Here’s her caption for the picture: “#funfact RakeshShrestha ace photographer (Rohan Shrestha s dad ) had a cover concept .. face with red lipstick n red nails !!! Since My nails were short we used my hair dressers hand .. the hand posture looks so weird”

Neetu Ji and her husband, Rishi Kapoor just returned to Mumbai from New York City, where they spent almost 11 months for Rishi Ji’s cancer treatment. He is doing fine now, and we are sure they are both glad to be back home with their family.
