There’s nothing more youthful than dewy skin and flushed cheeks! However, not all of us are blessed with these features. Luckily, there’s a way to cheat the system… by using cream-based blushes. Here are 5 formulas worth stocking up on.

1. Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge For Lips And Cheeks

This creamy rouge is a dream come true. The formula blends seamlessly into the skin to provide a natural-looking flush that looks too pretty to handle. For a monochrome look, you can even use the formula on your pouts to get a soft kiss of colour.

2. Stila Convertible Color

In just a few taps, this blush will make your whole face come alive. The translucent and luminous formula glides on smoothly to deliver a beautiful stain on your cheeks. Use a little to get a sheer flush or build it up for more intensity – either way, the results will be gorgeous.

3. Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm

This handy little stick is a personal favourite of mine. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but also provides a dewy flush like no other. Whilst all the shades are amazing, I’m a big fan of ‘Amp’d Up Apple’, which is a nude-pink hue.

4. Tom Ford Shade And Illuminate Cheeks

If you prefer shopping in the luxury aisle, look no further than this compact. The deeper shade works to deliver a flush of colour, whilst the lighter one adds a hint of shine to the cheeks. You can wear each hue alone, layer one over the other or mix the two together, depending on what kind of look you are aiming for.

5. Smashbox L.A. Lights Lip And Cheek Colour

With a hint of shimmer and a whole lot of colour, this stick blush is quite the winner. By dotting on the emollient formula, you can quickly achieve a rosy glow that will make people think that you just worked out! If you are confused about which shade to get, you just can’t go wrong with the peachy-pink goodness of ‘Beverly Hills Blush’.
