All you Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fans, looks like it’s time to rejoice. While the makers were trying very hard to find a replacement for the female lead, Disha Vakani (a.k.a Dayaben) in the series, seems like they were not very successful. But now, news is that the OG crowd favourite, Disha, is going to be back on the show after a gap of two years.
Disha was on maternity leave as she gave birth to her daughter, and decided to be with her child these two years. According to a report on ABP News, she is set to make a grand entry into Gokuldham Society once again as Dayaben. The website also reports that a source close to the show revealed that her re-entry is going to be shot around Navratri and they are making it a grand affair.

During the Navratri track, everyone in Gokuldham society will be seen missing Dayaben and her unbeatable garba. But the one who will be missing her the most, will be her husband Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) who will take an oath in front of Devi Maa to not play garba unless Dayaben comes back. While everyone in the society will try and look for her but fail, Dayaben will make a smashing entry.
We certainly can’t wait for her to be back on the show with Dilip Joshi, and recreate their iconic comic timing and one liners.
