‘Motichoor Chaknachoor‘ is a comedy, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty in the lead roles. Yes, when we first heard of this, it did take some time for us to process this unusual pairing. But, this quirky comedy has them fit together perfectly. The film is being directed by debutant Debamitra Biswal, with dialogues (which looks like the star of the film) written by Bhupendra Singh.
This is a story about Pushpinder Tyagi (Nawaz), a middle-aged bachelor who is desperate to get married. He is then spotted by this young girl, Annie (Athiya), whose dream is to marry an NRI. They end up marrying each other, and the events that ensue post that make up for the story.

Gotta love Athiya’s new avatar in the film, right? Looking forward to seeing her chemistry and pairing with our fav, Nawazuddin. Wedding films are always my favourite because there is just so much drama, comedy and chaos. And, this movie looks like it has all of that.
Produced by Viacom18 Studios, this A Woodpecker Movies production is all set to release on the 15th of November.
