Every time Vikram Bhatt directs a horror film, you know you will be at the edge of your seat. Such is the aura of his films. Be it Raaz, 1920, Creature 3D, with every film, he has managed to send chills down our spine. The trailer of his next does exactly the same. Titled Ghost, the film stars television actress Sanaya Irani and Shivam Bhaargava. While the trailer promises an eerie experience, in an exclusive interview with us, Bhatt revealed the reason he cast the actress.

Talking about working with her for the second time, Vikram said:

Sanaya and I did a web show together called, Zindabaad. She is a fabulous actor and a thorough professional to work with. When I was writing Ghost, somehow it was her face that kept coming to my mind. When  I was casting for the film, I thought that she would be a perfect choice for the film which she was. She has done a fabulous job because the character she essays is a complicated one and she played it to the aptly. She did total justice to the film.

Question him about the film that is close to his heart the most and he added,

It is 1920, because while making it, I was going through a time where  I had a lot of challenges in my life. It had newcomers, it was a new company, I was absolutely on my own thus it always remains a victorious film for me.

Check out the trailer of the film below:

We can’t wait for the film to hit the screens!
