When Hina Khan was introduced as the new Komolika in the second installment of Ekta Kapoor‘s famous TV soap Kausautii Zindagi Kay, her fans were beyond excited. Unfortunately, due to her movie commitments, Hina had to make an exit from the show mid-way. Her rendition of Komo was hugely appreciated and loved by fans of the show. But now Aamna Sharif has stepped in as the new Komolika in Hina’s absence and will soon be seen wreaking havoc in Anurag Basu and Prerna Sharma‘s life. In the TV show, Komo had fallen down from a balcony, while she survives the fall, her face has undergone plastic surgery. Enter Aamna’s Komo. Everything else about the character remains the same, even the dressing style to an extent. But apparently some on the internet are not happy with this development and have naturally been making comparisons between Hina’s Komo and Aamna’s.
Finally, Hina took to Twitter to express her displeasure in such comparisons being drawn. She said how it was unfair to do so and that an actress was starting a new journey. So, everyone should be supporting her. She replied to a tweet from an online publication that had mentioned that audiences prefer Hina’s Komolika better than Aamna’s.

We completely agree with Ekta on this one. We love it when girls stand up for each other. True queens fix each other’s crowns, remember? We love you Hina! And we can’t wait to see how Aamna fares as Komolika. The few scenes we’ve caught a glimpse of she’s amazing in them.

We’ll have to wait and watch what Komolika will do to get Anurag back in her life. One thing is for sure, Komo will be bringing more drama to the show.
