Travel transforms us on so many levels. Every travel journey we plan we want it to offer us a different and better experience and excitement. If you’re passionate about travelling and specifically cruising, this blog is surely going to be a good read! My recent Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai cruise story was so amazing that I can’t stop evangelizing it! I am happily announcing myself as a self-proclaimed & self-confessed cruise addict from now on, basis the spectacular experience I had on-board Jalesh cruises. Luxury at par excellence, unique and engaging itinerary, whole lot of activities on-board for all age groups, the lavish spread of food and drinks, the opulence and grandeur of the cruise liner, beautiful sunrises & sunsets, extraordinary views and the chance to visit Goa (c’mon Goa is never a bad idea all year round) had me!

I am so glad that an ultimate premium cruise experience is now possible right here in India. I cruised away to Goa from Mumbai and sailed all the way back to Mumbai in the recently launched cruise liner – Jalesh Cruises. Cruising gives us an altogether different travel experience and enables us to experience a lot of new and exciting things synced up perfectly with a dash of luxury and comfort. There are tons of activities to do whilst on-board apart from getting an opportunity to visit exciting destinations. I certainly had the best vacation on-board Jalesh Karnika and here’s why!

The moment I saw the ship at Mumbai Port from outside, I knew it was going to be a one-of-a-lifetime experience. The ship looked gigantic and massive from outside. As we entered the reception/lobby, I was blown away by the grandeur and opulence of the ship. It looked so beautiful and the interiors were so craft-fully and tastefully done. The ship can accommodate around 2000 passengers and has around 840 cabins. The ship has 14 decks and this exotic abode has all sorts of amenities from a salon to a spa, from a gym to a casino, from theatres and clubs for entertainment to world-class restaurants serving gourmet cuisines, from fancy bars to kids arena, from drop-dead-gorgeous views to a lovely open deck with a pool to chill around and so much more.

I had the most exotic stay at Jalesh Cruise. My cabin was a mini-suite with a private balcony and my day started with gazing out at the vast ocean and blue waters and ended with gazing at the stars. It was truly refreshing. If you want to experience the total luxury you could go for a mini-suite. They also have affordable options like interior cabins, cabins with ocean views and balcony. Whatever cabin you take, I can assure it’s going to be an ultimate holiday haven!

Roulette, table games, poker, blackjack—name it and you have it. For the Indian audience—In & Out and Teen Patti are also played! You’re surely going to be hooked to this excitement and glamour of the casino experience. Savor every minute of your time spent on the ship by capturing those moments through a photoshoot. Goa

Jalesh Karnika cruises to Goa, Diu, Ganpatipule and high seas from Mumbai in India. The International destinations include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Bahrain! So, you can choose your destination basis the number of days you want to cruise and your budget on hand. I cruised from Mumbai to Goa and back to Mumbai because Goa is my ultimate favorite destination. We got half a day in Goa when the ship was docked at Mormugao port and we hired two-wheeler and spent that half a day on Colva beach in a shack bar! However, ensure you make it back to the cruise on time just like we did.

I had such an amazing experience cruising that I just did not want to get down. How I wish it continued for a couple of days more! I think everyone should cruise at least once in their lives because it’s a journey of a different kind. It’s apt for friends, families, old couples, young couples, couples with kids—almost everyone! I am so glad that Jalesh has now made premium cruising possible right here in India and people need not travel to some other country to be able to experience a cruise. The hospitality on-board was out-of-the-world. I was amazed at how the crew was so global – belonging to different countries and ethnicities. I hope I get to cruise with Jalesh sometime soon again to a different destination! While I plan my next cruise, let us know in the comments below when are you planning yours?
