It’s been quite a while since Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were one of the most talked-about rumoured couple in Bollywood. While there were a few bitter comments passed right after their rumoured messy break-up, on Koffee With Karan and otherwise, the two stars have moved on. They have also managed to remain nice and cordial to each other. Over the years, Shahid Kapoor has praised PeeCee for doing so well.
Now, on Neha Dhupia‘s podcast No Filter With Neha, he had a piece of simple marriage advice for his rumoured ex and her husband Nick Jonas.
He said:
Understand each other’s backgrounds as well as you can, because you’re from very different backgrounds.
Earlier last year, Shahid had also given a piece of advice to Nick on Koffee With Karan,

Never back down, buddy. You’re with the original Desi girl!
How sweet is that?! We love that Shahid and PeeCee have let bygones be bygones. Previously, both the superstars have worked together in Kaminey and Teri Meri Kahaani. Is it too much to hope that we might see them in a movie together? We would love to see them on-screen together, because from what we remember their on-screen chemistry has always been amazing. Shahid has never had a problem working with exes and he has proved that by working with his ex Kareena Kapoor Khan after their break up in Jab We Met and Udta Punjab. Crossing our fingers in the hope that we might still get to see a PeeCee-Shahid collaboration.
