Television’s popular show, Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai aired more than a decade ago and has undergone several changes since then. Various plot twists and some major changes later, the show is still going strong and has amassed a fandom of millions.
Amidst the many leaps in show, one of the major ones was when Akshara and Naitik’s kids, Naksh and Naira grow up and the story line shifts to their lives. History sure repeats itself as the show is about to take a 20-year leap again and Kartik-Naira’s son, Kairav will grow up to be a 26-year old guy.
The producer, Rajan Shahi took to Instagram to share the big news. He mentioned that nobody is above the show and the makers will be starting afresh with an all new cast in February next year.
