Every time I feel like I’ve seen everything that 2019 has to offer, I stand corrected. This year we’ve seen some of the craziest internet trends; from VSCO girls to rise and shine memes, 2019 has been one helluva ride. The meme game is only one thing that I loved about 2019. However, I also loved the nail art trends that I’ve seen this year. The rainbow nail art trend was my personal favourite; however, there’s a new nail art trend on the block that’s making me question my choice—French moon nails.
I read an article on Pop Sugar, about how this new nail art trend is like the classic french manicure’s “sexy cousin“, and I have to say that I couldn’t agree more. I’m all for opting for the classics, but sometimes you should try something new once in a while! That’s why the french moon nail art is perfect; it’s classic but with a twist. It’s just like your usual french manicure, but instead of the white tips, you opt for black. This nail art trend has taken over my Instagram feed, and I’m excited to give it a try.
