The International Emmys 2019 was special for us as some of our best shows got nominated to represent our country. From Sacred Games to Lust Stories and The Remix, it was a great feeling to see all the teams attend the ceremony last night and make us proud. While we didn’t end up bringing the Emmys home, the fact that we got nominated among so many other international shows is a huge feat, isn’t it?

With respect to the Lust Stories team, it had the power directors – Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Dibaker Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap – the star actor Radhika Apte and the producers Ashi Dua and Ronnie Screwaala arrive in style at the red carpet. The Sacred Games gang had Kubbra Sait, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and director Vikramaditya Motwane represent the show. The producers of The Remix also posed at the red carpets of the awards ceremony.

But trust our favs like Karan Johar and Kubbra Sait to give us a little glimpse into the ceremony. Karan posted a picture of him with the producers of Game Of Thrones, while the teams of both Sacred Games and Lust Stories posed together for some pictures.

Have a look:

Nawazuddin, however, won as his show, McMafia won the Best Drama Series award as he posed with the team.

There was another Indian represent on the show, with Sadhana Subramaniam’s Witness: India’s Forbidden Love, which was up for Best Documentary.

We can just imagine how thrilled the teams would have been to just be there and cheer for each other on such a huge platform.
