Last evening, the makers of Bunty Aur Babli 2 announced the star cast and ever since then we cannot contain our excitement. While Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi will be playing Bunty, debutant Sharvari Wagh has been cast to essay the role of Babli in this Varun Sharma directorial. The shooting for the film has already started and before we catch the actors on-screen, here’s all you need to know about Sharvari.
Sharvari Wagh is a 22-year-old who was born and brought up in Mumbai.
She has an elder sister who is an architect and a younger brother.
She completed her schooling from The Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly High School and later studied Science from Ruparel College, Matunga, Mumbai.
When she was in her junior college, Sharvari won a Clean And Clear Contest post which she took to acting.
Before starring in films, Sharvari was also a part of plays.
During the same time, she also worked on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and has her name in the end credits of the film.
Before we see her on the 70mm, Sharvari Wagh will be seen in an Amazon Original, The Forgotten Army opposite Sunny Kaushal. The series marks director Kabir Khan’s digital debut.
