The Street Dancer 3D‘s trailer proved that Remo D’Souza has bigger and better plans for this dance franchise. The trailer looks amazing and we can’t wait to see how awesome the dance sequences in the film will be. Revealing a tiny detail about what to expect, at the trailer launch, the director-choreographer said that everyone should definitely look out for the reprised version of the famous 90s Prabhudeva song Muqala Muqabla from Humse Hai Muqabla.  He also said that Prabhudeva will be dancing on the reprised version and there is a dance sequence between Shraddha Kapoor and him that is worth the wait in the same song. While Varun Dhawan begged him to make him a part of the song, the scenes didn’t make the final cut.

During the Q&A session of the trailer launch, Remo was also asked for the reason for Katrina Kaif‘s exit from the movie and if it was difficult to deal with it. Being super honest, he revealed that there was a point where they thought about what they were going to do.

He further added:

That’s why we keep thanking Shraddha again and again for coming on board. Actually it wasn’t that Katrina backed out of the project. But, it was problems with her dates. She had to go shoot for Bharat and hence she couldn’t do this.

Varun joined in to say that when he was with Shraddha at that time, Shraddha had expressed to him how upset she was that she wasn’t considered for the part. Both of them ended by saying that back then the plot was slightly different and it was finally destiny that Shraddha was able to join the cast.

We are glad the lead pair of ABCD 2 has come back to entertain us on the big screen with their dance moves and I’m sure no one is complaining.
