In 2015 Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro managed to bring a smile on our face when they featured together in The Intern. The film was a slice of life film and it managed to surely impress the masses. Now, we are going to witness the same story in Bollywood. To add to that, Rishi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will be starring the Bollywood remake of it. So cool right?

Deepika Padukone took to Instagram to share the news and wrote,

The film will be produced by Azure Entertainment, Ka Productions and Warner Brothers and will release in 2021.

Deepika recently starred in Chhapaak and managed to impress the audience. The film which narrates the story of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal was gripping. Deepika will also star in Kabir Khan‘s ’83 and will essay the role of Ranveer Singh’s on-screen wife Romi Dev. She is also producing a film which will narrate Mahabharata from Draupadi’s point of view.

We love the line-up, Deepika has and we cannot wait for 2021 to arrive already!
