Taapsee Pannu starrer Thappad is gearing up for release. The film which also stars Pavail Gulati opposite her is directed by Anubhav Sinha and will hit the screens on the 28 of February. The trailer looked quite promising and I cannot wait to watch this one on the 70 mm. While there is so much chatter around this film, I have some exclusive news about Taapsee’s next.

Pavail and Taapsee have become Anurag Kashyap’s favourite. While Taapsee has been a part of Saandh Ki Aankh which was produced by Anurag, Pavail starred in Kashyap’s Ghost Stories. Now, after Thappad, both the actors will star in Anurag’s next. The film will go on floors soon.
Taapsee has an array of films in her kitty. The actress currently is shooting for Haseen Dilruba. The romantic thriller stars Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. She will also star in Rashmi Rocket where she will be essaying the role of Akarsh Khurana. Apart from these two, Taapsee also has a Tamil film, Tadka and biopic on cricketer Mithila Raj titled Shabaash Mithu on the cards.
Coming back to her film with Anurag, I cannot wait for the announcement.
