Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji are all set to come together for the sequel of Bunty Aur Babli and we are super excited about it! The film will also star Siddhant Chaturvedi and The Forgotten Army actress Sharvari in the lead roles. With such an amazing cast, we can only imagine what this film is going to offer. The first one is a classic, and my fav honestly!
Speaking about the film and it’s very special climax sequence to Mid-Day, the director Varun Sharma spoke about how it was going to be shot in Abu Dhabi. It’s all set to be shot with the landscape of the Emirates city in the background and is apparently going to be one slick climax scene according to debutant director, Varun.
Here’s what he said:
We are shooting a highlight con in Abu Dhabi. The landscape of the Emirate gives a lot of scale to the film, and the team will spend around 10 days shooting the sequence. Since Bunty Aur Babli 2 is set in today’s time, we were clear that the cons need to be crafted for today’s audience. They will expect something new and slick. The Abu Dhabi con will stand out in that regard.
Now, we are super excited about this one and can’t wait for it! Given its going to have all the thrill of a con film with Rani and Saif’s super fun chemistry, it sounds like one film we will be looking forward to!
Bunty Aur Babli 2 is a sequel to the 2005 film of the same name that starred Abhishek Bachchan and Rani in the lead roles.
