It almost seems like you can’t watch TV or scroll through social media without reading about another corona affected person. The disease is as real as it can get with everyone from rich to poor and old to young getting affected by the virus. While UK’s health minister Nadine Dorries, movie stars Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson are just a few among the famous people to get affected, recent reports suggest that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau has been tested positive for Covid-19.
In the official statement, it was said that PM Trudeau will remain under isolation for two weeks from now even though he has not started showing symptoms yet. Mrs. Trudeau started falling mildly ill on Wednesday 11th March 2020 when she had a slight fever. Both the PM and his wife isolated themselves on Thursday.
Last week, Sophie Trudeau had attended a charity event in the UK along with her daughter Ella-Grace and Justin Trudeau’s mother Margaret Trudeau. She was part of a panel that consisted of former Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard. She had even posed for a quick picture with Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton.
