When it comes to our Bollywood celebrities, there is not a day and nothing that can make them miss their workout, right? Now, due to the global coronavirus outbreak, people are self-quarantining themselves and practicing social distancing to keep the virus from spreading. Places like theatres and gyms have shut down, forcing everyone to stay at home.
But our Bollywood beauties won’t give up on their work-out routines, come rain or shine. We all know that Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez are fitness enthusiasts. So, they decided to bring their workout home and shared videos of how they are exercising from their own spaces. Kat is seen teaming up with her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, as they show us how you can follow a simple 20-minute routine to stay active while at home.

Jacky, on the other hand, is all about yoga! She showed us some stretches to keep your spine and your mind happy and we couldn’t help but feel relaxed just looking at her.
These two are such easy and amazing ways to stay keep healthy and active while being home during this period. With the stress and anxiety about the pandemic taking over our minds, these stretches and squats are sure to ease you. I am going to give these a shot, what about you guys?
