In the times of Covid-19, it has become a priority to take care of our health and hygiene more than ever. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has provided a guideline as to how we should wash our hands and have even started a campaign called ‘Safe Hands Challenge’ where they nominate many influential celebrities from around the world to demonstrate how to wash our hands right.
On Friday, WHO’s Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus took to his Twitter account to nominate Deepika Padukone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Priyanka Chopra, K-Pop band BTS, among many others. Deepika took up the challenge, and tweeted a video of her demonstrating a hand-wash routine. She is seen in her washroom, dressed in a bathrobe.

Next, Anushka Sharma also took up the challenge and posted a series of videos on her stories, talking about how it was important to follow this routine to stay clear of the Covid-19 virus. She even stresses on how we must make sure to save water in the process.
So good to see these lovely women come out and share such important and relevant matters with their fans and followers, urging them to do the right thing.
