I'm A Hoarder Of Hair Accessories - Here Are My Favourites

Jyotika Udeshi , 26 Mar 2020

Hair accessories have made a major comeback over the last year and I, for one, am thrilled! Whether I’m having a bad hair day or just don’t have the time to fuss over my locks, these little jewels manage to make me look infinitely more put together in just a few seconds. Since I literally have a drawer full of them, I decided to jot down a few of my favourites so that you can try them out.

1. Pearl Clips

From the runways to the streets, there’s no place that you won’t spot a pearl clip or two! Although they look quite simple, they work wonders at adding a whole lot of sophistication to your look.

2. Chain Link Hairbands

Don’t have the time to wash your hair? Just slip on a chic hairband like this one. The metallic touch and sleek design are bound to bring in compliments.

4. Organza Scrunchies

The translucent fabric and oversized shape of these scrunchies take the classic hair tie to a whole new level. If you are looking to amp up your ponytail, you should definitely consider getting your hands on a few of these.

5. Hair Claws

Girls who have thick or curly hair will know the importance of a good claw clip! Apart from keeping your hair off your face, these easy-to-use accessories don’t leave a dent behind. I love opting for animal or marble prints to keep things interesting.

6. Rainbow Details

Although my wardrobe consists of clothes in either black or grey, I prefer brighter tones when it comes to my hair accessories. Gradient or rainbow-hued crystal barrettes are ideal for adding a pop of colour to my neutral outfits.

7. Ruched Headbands

From the gathered detailing to the velvet material, every bit of these hairbands screams preppy to me. If you would like to be on trend, these are the ones to invest in.
