I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling a little stressed and anxious lately. COVID-19 is all that people seem to be talking about these days. The constant coverage from the media paired with the fact that we all have to self-isolate may lead to some anxious thoughts. Since all our routines have been disrupted due to this pandemic, it’s natural to feel a little lost and anxious. Instead of binge-watching Netflix, try and stay active. So if you’re feeling anxious, try doing these stretches to relieve anxiety and stress:

1. Downward Dog

This yoga stretch will help you get rid of mild anxiety and depression by allowing you to stretch your chest and take deeper breaths. So if you want to this stretch, make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart and try to touch your heels to the floor.
