Cooking for ourselves has been fun, right? But for cooking amateurs like me, it has become exhausting to make the same 4-5 recipes all the time. And while we’re always hunting for quick and easy recipes, Vidhi Doshi a.k.a. @ramenhairedgirl is making sure we don’t die of starvation. So, she sent in her recipe for veg Kerala stew and it made me realise how much I miss eating at South Indian joints. Well, not anymore! This one’s an easy recipe and if you wish to try it out too, scroll down to read the full recipe and feel free to bookmark this.
