The COVID-19 lockdown has affected each life in the country in some way or the other. As for students, the lockdown has resulted in their exams being postponed indefinitely or their graduation ceremonies being cancelled. Amitabh Bachchan‘s grand-daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda also faced a similar setback as her graduation party in New York was cancelled. To make up for it, her family threw her a DIY ceremony at home.
Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram to share pictures of Navya, congratulating her and writing that he is so proud of her happy and positive attitude! Navya is seen posing in their garden, along with her very proud mother, Shweta Bachchan!

Abhishek Bachchan also took to his Instagram to congratulate his niece on her graduation and says it feels like yesterday that he was moving her into her dorm room in college. Love their relationship, no? So sweet!

Mumma Shweta also put on Navya’s college sweatshirt and posed with her graduate daughter. She wrote that they used scraps of black tenting and chart paper to make Navya’s graduation outfit and said, “I am not crying, you are crying!“.
