Akshay Kumar has been actively involved in extending as much support as he can to the ones in need during these time. From his generous donation to the PM Cares fund, to helping theatre owners and others in need, he has been doing his best. Given news all around is already grim, its always disheartening when rumours start floating about. One such rumour recently was about how he had arranged for an entire chartered plane for his sister and her children amidst the air travel ban.
Taking to Twitter to shut down all these rumours and even said he is thinking of taking legal action against such a report. He wrote, “This news about me booking a charter flight for my sister and her two kids is FAKE from start to end.She has not travelled anywhere since the lockdown and she has only one child!Contemplating legal action, enough of putting up with false, concocted reports!”.

On the work front, Akshay just filmed a commercial for the Government of India with R Balki, becoming the first shoot to take place during the lockdown. He also has his Rohit Shetty film, Sooryavanshi, which was postponed for release due to the lockdown.
