It’s raining web series and films that are released on OTT platforms. Hey! I’m not complaining. I’d say no better time than a pandemic to catch up on or binge-watch as many web shows as we please. Today we’ve got a glimpse of another web-series an Indian adaptation of an Israeli web series called Kvodo. The show is spearheaded by Jimmy Shergill and going by the first teaser of the show it looks quite promising.
Your Honour showcases an honest and upright man called Bishan Khosla (played by Jimmy Shergill), who is on the verge of being promoted to a High Court Judge. But, things get complicated when his son gets involved in a hit-and-run case. The whole show is based on how Bishan fights between family and morality. Through the show, you will see his fall from grace as he uses his knowledge and wit to save his son. The line, ‘Who judges the judge if he commits a crime?’ stays with you. Directed by E Niwas, it stars Jimmy, Varun Badola, and Mita Vashisht in lead roles. The show will be streaming soon on Sony LIV.

The original Israeli series Kvodo was created by Ron Ninio and Shlomo Mashiach. The same series is also being remade in the US and will be called Your Honour and will have Breaking bad actor Brian Cranston.
